Hello! I’m Lily, a bilingual real estate agent with RE/MAX L-Style, serving Kyoto City and Osaka City.

Born in California, I moved to the Kansai region in middle school and later attended university in Kyoto. After graduation I worked as a preschool teacher for nearly ten years, which taught me patience, clear communication, and how to build trust with families, skills I bring into every real estate relationship.

I became a real estate agent in 2021, initially focusing on helping foreigners rent property. Since 2024, my focus has shifted to assisting overseas buyers and sellers in navigating the Japanese real estate market. As a native English speaker in an industry where that’s rare, I bridge language and cultural gaps so international clients can buy, sell, or invest in Kansai with confidence. My own experience buying a home in my twenties, and wishing I’d had an English-speaking agent then, is what inspired me to enter real estate.

I combine local knowledge of Kyoto and Osaka with warm, straightforward communication. Whether you’re relocating, investing, or selling, I’ll guide you through every step, from property search and paperwork to closing, in a way that’s clear, efficient, and stress-free.
